The Farm

  • The Farm is a 150-acre planned community located on gently rolling Graham Mesa in Rifle, Colorado on the Western Slope of the Rocky Mountains. The Farm is located north of 16th Street and east of Graham Mesa Avenue.

  • Beautiful views of the Book Cliffs, Mamm Peak, and the Grand Hogback surround The Farm.

  • The Farm property is part of a long history of ranching and farming that began in the 1880s. The warm heritage of generations of families and friends living within the same neighborhood continues today at The Farm.

  • The Farm is designed as a traditional neighborhood of charming homes with gabled roofs and front porches reminiscent of days gone by.

  • Alleys allow access to driveways and garages behind the homes creating an attractive, pedestrian-friendly atmosphere.

  • There is a home for everyone at The Farm. Choose from single-family homes, duplex homes, patio homes, and townhomes. Or stake out a generous homesite and build a custom home to your liking.

  • Two miles of walking and biking trails flanked by trees and open space meander throughout The Farm.

  • A nine-acre park complete with pond, picnic area, playground, tot lot, and sports court provides a great place to play, or to just sit on a bench and take in the panoramic views.

  • A small nature park with a pond is located in the southwest corner of The Farm invites you to pause and soak up the natural surroundings.

  • The new Graham Mesa Elementary School located at The Farm is scheduled to open for classes in August 2009.

  • A small neighborhood shopping village provides convenient access to everyday needs.

  • Rifle, Colorado is nestled in a valley along the Colorado River and surrounded by high plateaus. While it maintains a small town atmosphere and feeling of community, Rifle has grown to a population of more than 9,000—and is still growing. This growth can be attributed to its high quality of life, moderate climate, proximity to the oil and natural gas boom, and accessibility to year-round outdoor activities.
