Graham Mesa Development, LLC, the developer of The Farm, consists of partners John Savage and Sally Brands. The Farm was inspired by the late Steve Wagner, who partnered with John and Sally to turn his vision into reality. Steve developed The Promontory subdivision located adjacent to The Farm. The development team not only has a history of building quality homes and neighborhoods in Rifle, they have a good working relationship with the town.

For 30 years John Savage has worked in real estate development as an attorney, Real Estate Broker, and developer. John and his wife, Sally Brands established Savage Land Co. in 1995 and have built more than 250 homes in Rifle neighborhoods including Arabian Avenue, The Pastures, and The Meadows. The company also developed The Homestead and The North Pasture subdivisions.
